The room was clean and smelled of bleach. The linoleum was peeling up and the bathroom window didn't close completely but that was expected. They had two mini heaters in the room. There was a playground and laundry room on site but we did not use them. All and all it was what it was and it was cheaper than going to Bar Harbor.

This is a motel with nice simple rooms. Clean and well maintained. But not fancy. We stayed two nights and found it to be just what we needed. This is a family owned property where the owners are right there to help you. We prefer that.
