Staying at an all-inclusive resort offers many advantages, and when a property also features an onsite water park with waterslides, it’s time to book a family vacation. Here, some of our favorite all-inclusive resorts that offer some splash-tastic waterslides for kids (and parents!) of all ages.

1. Sandos Caracol Eco Resort – Playa del Carmen, Mexico

Divided into adults-only and family-friendly sections, the all-inclusive Sandos Caracol Eco Resort has one of the largest water parks in Mexico, with 29 waterslides, featuring classics like the Kamikaze, plus short and longer slides for everyone from toddlers to grown-ups. Younger tots will enjoy shallow water play areas with spraying fountains, and an active baby and kids club keeps them busy all day if parents want to sneak in a luxurious spa treatment. Whether your family wants to be immersed in nature and ancient Mayan history, snorkel in a natural cenote or experience adrenaline-fueled aquatic adventures, you’ll find it at this resort and spa in Playa del Carmen.

2. Sunscape Splash – Montego Bay, Jamaica

When a resort’s slogan is ‘Unlimited-Fun,’ you’re bound to have a good time! Sunscape Splash, located within a marine park on a secluded peninsula in Montego Bay, features Pirate’s Paradise Water Park, which has a large pirate ship, a pair of 35-foot high, 250-foot long waterslides and a lazy river. You can also take the kiddos to explore the Montego Bay Marine Park, Jamaica’s first fully underwater national park, which offers protected swimming areas and excellent snorkelling.

3. Grand Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort Casino & Aquagames – Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 

Nestled amongst coconut groves in Punta Cana, the five-star Grand Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort Casino & Aquagames includes non-stop water adventures. The thrill-seekers in your brood will delight in a 10-meter tower that has two water tubes, two open slides, a kamikaze and a free fall twister, plus the Aquaracer’s four-lane speed slide. For kids aged 4-11, there’s a sprinkler and water jet area and the Pirates of the Caribbean section, with 10 slides and four splash barrels. Toddlers have their own water play area. There are also two beach-style pools for adults, and two other pools for children featuring animal statues.

4. Hotel Riu Santa Fe – Los Cabos, Mexico

One of the best all inclusive resorts in Los Cabos, Hotel Riu Santa Fe’s Splash Water World features seven large waterslides, aqua tubes and high-speed lanes, the Body Vortex, a closed body slide that shoots you towards the pool, plus a water playground for the little ones. There are also seven swimming pools onsite—parents will love the swim-up bars and hydro-massage areas while their children enjoy the supervised RiuLand Kids Club offerings. The water park is available to guests at neighboring RIU properties as well, including the Hotel Riu Dunamar.

5. Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort – Cancun, Mexico

Set along a private white sand beach about 10 miles from downtown Cancun, Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort features an onsite water park that includes a lazy river, two large, twisty waterslides and a mini-park for wee ones that features half a dozen small slides, splash buckets and water games. Three levels of swimming pools, including six hot tubs and two infinity pools, span the 65,000-square-foot complex for added enjoyment. Bonus: Kids stay and eat free!

6. Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa – Montego Bay, Jamaica

With its 280-foot slide, a lazy river, lagoons, waterfalls and three terraced pools, the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa’s Sugar Mill Falls Water Park—the second-largest water complex in the Caribbean—is sure to appeal to all kinds of families seeking fun and relaxation. Located on Jamaica’s north shore, 15 minutes from Montego Bay’s Hip Strip, the property is set on the historic 18th-century Rose Hall tropical estate and also has a jungle garden with a rope-and-wood suspension bridge. Parents will enjoy poolside cocktail service and a swim-up bar.

7. IBEROSTAR Selection Paraíso Lindo – Riviera Maya, Mexico

Looking for a picturesque property in Riviera Maya? The five-star IBEROSTAR Selection Paraíso Lindo is nestled between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, and offers plenty of kid-friendly action at Aqua Fun, including a pirate ship with smaller tube-style waterslides, plus a wave pool, lazy river, and seven pools. 8. All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark – Cancun, Mexico

Known for its activities, the All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark is a kid paradise. The Tree House features four exciting waterfalls and waterslides, water umbrellas, splash pads and tipping buckets of water. Children ages 4 to 10 can hang in the kids’ club to play mini-golf and Ping Pong or do crafts and treasure hunts. There’s also a lagoon-style pool with three hot tubs.
