Overview

This lovely two-story hotel on the rural north end of town is ideal for a family looking for a comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. The standard rooms can include two queen beds, plus space for a crib or rollaway. Your room will also include a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The whole family will enjoy sitting by the outdoor pool in the middle of the hotel complex. In the morning, start your day off with a free breakfast that features waffles, fresh fruit, sausage, fresh scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, and more.

The Best Western Inn is located north of Nacogdoches along the highway that runs through town. It’s far enough from traffic to be a quiet location, especially with the forests at the back of the hotel. Directly across the street is a BBQ place that is popular with locals, and serves up a hearty lunch and dinner. Other dining options are down the street, but your best bets for lunch and dinner are 2 miles away in downtown Nacogdoches. There, you’ll find a great variety of restaurants, in addition to antique shops, museums, and other fun attractions. Work off your big meal on the Lanana Creek Trail, which runs through downtown for several miles and features sculptures, wildlife, and lots of shade. Kids will also enjoy the historic buildings at Millard’s Crossing Historic Village, some of which date back to 1837. Boating, swimming, and fishing is available at nearby Lake Nacogdoches, where the town operates two city parks. With its great rates, outdoor pool, and quiet location, the Best Western Northpark Inn is a fine choice for your family vacation to Nacogdoches.

The General Manager should be Fired

by KayStan2345

I had to cancel my reservation 45 minutes after making it. The front desk gave me 3 different excuses as to why they couldn't cancel any reservations and said to call when their General Manager was there M-F 8-5.
Called 9 times and left my information. I asked if the general manager was there each time and the front desk made snide comments about their GMs lack of punctuality & availability, including one who LAUGHED when I asked when to expect a call back.

When Carol the GM bothered to come to work and return a phone call, she was rude and said she they have a 24 hour cancellation policy (even if you make the reservation the same day.. which makes ZERO SINCE and her Front desk staff even said that wasn't true).
I informed her that we had a family death and had to cancel and her response was "Well that Sucks".

The General Manager is a joke.
I have been a Hilton Member for years and THIS is exactly why. I will never stay at a BW property ever again.
Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior.

Family stay at hotel

by jjmom901

Hotel was very good for the price. It was not far from our event and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and atafff we friendly and helpful. There is a great cafe type restaurant within walking distance and there was a brief continental breakfast available in lobby.
