Top quality and a decent price. Friendly service that can't be beat anywhere. Front desk reception was friendly and very professional. The shuttle service was readily available and John and Alex went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was outstanding as was Vivian the hostess who was always smiling and there to greet you for your breakfast. We've traveled throughout the U.S. and staying at Best Western Plus Capital Ridge was the best place ever!!

Very friendly staff, clean room, decent restaurant. My only complaint is the lighting level of the room was low, but this is common in most hotels. This is a property that was recently remodeled and is quite nice. The location is close to the MN Capitol.
