Great Knoxville Hotel

We love staying at the Best Western Plus Strawberry Inn & Suites. We're Dollywood season pass holders who live in North Georgia, so every time we come to Dollywood, we stay at the Best Western Plus Strawberry Inn & Suites. The rooms are clean, the staff is excellent, and the rates are a great value. We cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

Nice but overpriced

Rooms were nice with microwave and fridge. Pool and jacuzzi was great after a long drive. I thought for the price their breakfast would be better but very few options-no waffles, pancakes, bagels. We ended up stopping in the road and spending money for a decent meal which I didn’t want to do. Other than that, we got a good nights sleep and the hotel was nice with lots of stuff around it.
