We got the larger room (103). I think it was a handicap room so very spacious. Very clean, obviously updated. You could easily sleep a family of 6 if two kids slept on the couch/daybed in the living room. Probably should be children though. The couch is quite firm so I'm not sure adults would dig it. Two queens in the bedroom are great. Great tv's in both rooms. Cute color scheme. Walk-in shower. Plenty of towels both for the room and four for the beach. Kitchen utensils are very basic so if you plan on cooking you'll need to bring any special ones. Made our own coffee each day. I would suggest bringing a travel mug for the beach both for coffee and for cold drinks to carry to the beach. Walgreens across the street and Publix just a couple of blocks away. The little outdoor bar/grill is awesome! You don't need to leave this place literally. They make great drinks, reasonably priced and great food, also reasonably priced. The landscaping is lovely. The two pools are basic, but great. All areas are clean. Lounge chairs on the beach available if you grab them early for free. Great volleyball net, bean bag toss, and shuffleboard. I highly recommend this place.
