We stayed here for almost a week, lovely staff - very helpful, happy to store luggage while you go out to Machu Picchu, one street back from the historic city center. The staff were incredibly helpful.

First thing this hotel is out of shape everything is old and they charge you more is you are tourist even that they don't tried to do some up dates to the place, the paint on the walls is coming off, the rooms are Ok, bathroom old and moldy be aware if you bring big luggage you have to carried them to the top floors. The good things about this place are location, friendly staff especially the girls, decent breakfast and they take care of belongings if you to Machu Pichu.

Este hotel podría estar mucho mejor si los dueños le invirtieran dinero en pintarlo, arreglar los baños etc, ya que esta en una excelente ubicación pero parece que no les interesa, el hotel en si le hace falta renovaciones, los empleados son amables y atentos
