Overview

For a historic and charming hotel overlooking the ocean, it’s hard to beat The Breakers, located on Jersey Shore’s sleepy Spring Lake community. Rooms feature king, queen or two queen options, with the luxury rooms also boasting couches and fireplaces. All rooms are equipped with iPod docking station, DVD players, small refrigerators, and free high-speed Internet access. Cribs and rollaway beds are available. From Memorial Day through September (weather-permitting), the hotel’s pool provides a place to cool off during a hot day, while guests wanting to hit the beach receive free beach passes for the duration of their stay.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the hotel seasonally, with the Veranda Restaurant open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., then again for dinner beginning at 4 p.m. A limited pool menu is also offered in July and August.

Lovely stay

We stayed here for 3 nights in the off season. The room faced the ocean and the view was wonderful. The room was small but comfortable. Nothing shabby or outdated as in some reviews. Staff was friendly and attentive.
We ate breakfast at the restaurant and the menu and service were excellent. We also had dinner once. The portions were huge. We also had a Restaurant Week dinner which was great.

American Legion Riders Breakfast

Our American Legion Riders Post 798, Warminster, PA decided to make reservations for six for breakfast yesterday 10-6-19 @ 10am. We departed our Post at 8am. We arrived at the Breakers around 9:45. Upon arrival I spoke to the Hostess and told her I had made reservations for six with Larry Saturday night. She sat us in the main dining room with a view of the ocean. The service was superior and the food was delicious. Everyone in my party has nothing but praise for the fine dining experience. Thank you Larry and Ken (our Waiter). We will be returning soon.
