We wanted easy access to the aquarium and other inner harbor museums. This hotel is a short walk from the harbor and the price was right and it included breakfast, The staff was just lovely including the woman working the breakfast buffet. We had a 2-room suite which was great because our 9 year old went to sleep a lot earlier and we had a place to sit in the next room. The bedding was very nice and clean. The breakfast is in a beautiful room on the top floor with great views and nice furnishings. The food was plentiful but way too many disposables: PLASTIC PLATES, CUTLERY, and DRINKING GLASSES. We care about the environment and just hate seeing single-use plastics for anything. The rooms had glass cups for the coffee but plastic glasses--wrapped in plastic wrap in the bathroom.
I say this because number one I came in and I’m 20 I already paid for everything online. They then tell “oh I’m so sorry you have to be 21 for this hotel” if I had to be 21 for the hotel then why did I just pay all this money for it. Then after I find someone to help me check in off the street!!! I then come into my room and there was white lint all on the floor and little white spots on the floor. After that since it is cold I tried to turn on the heat and all that came out was cold air so the heating system was broken. Overall this hotel was not great for me and my girlfriend. And I would never want anyone to go there. They did us dirty for the money I put out. Plus it was false advertisement they said we would have a city view and there was no city view at all to be found.
