Great stay

The hotel was very inexpensive and we got exactly what we expected. The location was ideal, minutes from the beach and busy street! But what made it was the kind and helpful staff! I lost my bank card in a beach club and they went to huge lengths to help me get it back! They also allowed us leave our luggage there for hours after check out! Such kind people. I also felt sick and one worker gave me oil to help me- a traditional Balinese remedy!

Booking was cancelled on the day of arrival

I was very shocked when I got a message from the accommodation to ask me to cancel my booking because they have problem with the toilet. Since they sent me the message at 10am on the date of arrival and I was already in Legian, I went to the Inn just to confirmed the cancellation. I was not happy because it was a very last minute cancellation and i have to look for another place to stay.
