Great staff!

by Navigator377946

Cambria - Chelsea is centrally located, with a subway entrance 1 block away; we were able to travel all over NYC with little effort. Brian and Trent at the front desk were friendly yet professional and they texted every day to see if we needed anything. We arrived well before 3pm on a Saturday morning and they were so helpful in getting us checked into a room early, which was an added bonus and much appreciated. We definitely recommend staying at the Cambria - Chelsea. The only negatives were that we found housekeeping using our cell phone charger after returning to our room @4pm one afternoon, and the room was small for 4 people.

Oasis of Calm in the Chaos

A friend and I spent a long weekend in NYC over Halloween and selected this property based on it's affiliation with Choice Hotels as well as positive TripAdvisor ratings. We were not disappointed. The location is excellent (1 block from the subway) and the staff goes above & beyond. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant was plentiful and reasonably priced for NYC. Our only problem was some party people on our floor, but they settled down after midnight. The microwave & refrigerator in the room was much appreciated as was the chilled fruit water at the front desk. The Cambria is a class act.
