What a day!

by Rebecca S

I decided to splurge on a day pass at Canyon Ranch while in Tucson for a conference elsewhere. It was SO MUCH FUN! The variety of offerings was staggering. I packed a range of activities into my day yet didn't feel at all rushed. I chose a great combination of fitness, food, outdoor exploring, arts and spa -- such a memorable day. Highly recommended.

Me time

After losing my husband a year ago,I have tried therapy, distraction and even leaning on friends. After this week I feel like I am ready to go out and face the world again. I took advantage of the wonderful therapists, classes and spa. I had a wonderful room that was newly remodeled. They are doing a lot of remodeling. I am definitely planning another trip back. Love it!
