Overview

Each of this boutique resort’s 19 units boasts its own décor and character, ranging from rooms and one-bedroom suites to cottages — all with kitchen facilities. Most of the accommodations are beachside, although a few are on the other side of Gulf Drive. Most sleep four; one cottage sleeps six. The complex feels like a little community, with affable hosts and guests who usually get to know one another at cocktail hour in the little tiki shack. Hammocks, swinging benches, and a tub of beach toys keep the focus on the beach. The message here: “zero stress, 100 percent relaxation.”

Private, Relaxing, Perfect

by Silvani8

I took my husband to this resort for the first time in November 2019. My family has been vacationing here for years and we've stayed in the Coral Reef room. This time I stayed in the Flamingo room. It was beautifully updated and decorated. There is a kitchen, lots of storage for my luggage and clothes, and you can see the beach from the bed! One of my favorite things about Cedar Cove is that the staff respects your privacy - if you need something they are there for you, otherwise you won't be disturbed. The beach is really right there, there are modern propane grills, hammocks, beach chairs, and tiki huts for your use. This resort is about halfway between the two areas on the island we frequent (Bridge St and the AMI pier area) and right near a trolley stop, for a quick ride to anything you want to do.

Another Great Stay!!

This is my third stay at this beautiful boutique hotel gem and I’ll return again and again! I’ve stayed in the Palms Penthouse, Key Lime cottage and this trip, the Bird of Paradise studio cottage. As per usual, I’m beyond satisfied with the accommodations, Eric & his staff and the amenities. Location is perfect as it’s close to Bridge Street and the causeway to Bradenton. I’ve stayed at other locations and can’t stress enough how well taken care of you’ll be here. Eric & his attentive staff take a lot of pride in what they do and want guests to be 100% satisfied. The provided chaise lounges and beach towels are the icing on the cake. Stay here once and you’ll be staying here again and again like me.
