I simply rang the buzzer in to this motel, in the middle of the night. This motel is affiliated with the Motel 401 across the street and was greeted by a young woman who appeared to have been awakened by my arrival. She was rude, to say the least and was swearing at me. She must have known me from my previous experience with her ?sister (as I was later informed) who is the housekeeper at Motel 401!

Simply poor business practice or scammers? We booked online. On arrival at the hotel less than an hour later, we were told booking came through for a different day and there were no rooms available. They then refused to give us a refund, although the date booked was, so they said, for 3 weeks later - plenty of time for them to rebook if that was indeed the case. Turns out, the same room was still listed as available online hours later. Hope they make good use of a big portion of my kids’ holiday budget. Buyer beware.
