Chamberlain Hotel: Good hotel for the money especially for the business traveler.

Perfect business hotel if you need to be in the area of the Tower or Fenchurch Street. The rooms are clean and recently remodeled, but small. Staff is exceedingly friendly and very helpful. Rates are usually much better than those of other hotels in the area.

Dreadful service over sold on rooms and very rude receptionist Aniko

Room was booked for colleague confirmation received when he arrived was told nothing booked in his name even tough he had the confirmation and no rooms left. When I called to complain a very rude Aniko said she had served him and he didn't have a room booked. on asking when the manager was in she said Christopher only works Saturday, knowing full well City workers are not in London. i received an email from them at 20.39 asking if the room was still needed so they had clearly given this away and still charged us £377.00 for the room which I will be getting back . a complaint has been issued to Fullers and their customer service. we did use Chamberlain a lot for business we wont be any longer
