Overview

Located only minutes away from downtown Baton Rouge, this quaint hotel is also near Louisiana State University and the Baton Rouge Metro Airport. An airport shuttle is available and convenient for families to use however there is a fee for the shuttle. The outdoor swimming pool is a great place for families to hang out and have fun and there are lounge chairs and tables surrounding the pool deck. The fitness center with its weights and cardio machines is a good spot for adults to keep up with workouts. The comfortable apartment-style, one-bedroom suites feature king or queen beds and a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and a spacious living area. The two-bedroom suite can accommodate six people and has two full bathrooms. Families can start the day with the complimentary breakfast and stay connected to work and home with the free Wi-Fi.

Double Charged for room

Overall, the hotel was just ok. The toilet wasn't level, phone didn't work, our room didn't have a microwave, but our friend's room did. We could hear the people in the room above us walking (or running) day and night. Our keys worked the first night, but not the second. All of this was easy to deal with, but the day after we returned home, I had a charge for an additional night come through on my card (this was in addition to the incidental charge). I had already paid for our room through a third party, so it had been paid. I've tried contacting the hotel, but have received no response. Very disappointing.

Scary Beginning

start to the stay began nerve-rackingly. Cancelon never sent the email of booking to Cloverleaf. After numerous phone calls and 1 1/2 hours later we finally got to check in. Luckily the hotel made room in a booked up schedule.
