Beautiful setting

by Tanya1986

Pros: This hotel is just a 30-minute drive to charming Quebec City, and it’s close to the impressive Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré and Montmorency Falls. It offers an ideal setting for a hiking trip or ski getaway - the ski hills are literally in the backyard! The conference rooms are beautiful and located in a modern building. There's a fun games room for the kids (and kids at heart) in the hotel’s main building. Expect big comfy beds in the Nordik section!

Cons: The hotel building and especially the rooms are quite dated and could use some renovating. As for the restaurant, the menu is more impressive than the food itself. Unfortunately, there don’t seem to be many other restaurant options around the hotel.

1989's?

Very outdated rooms. Poor service at restaurant. Was part of a 500+ group with event that closed at 10:00pnm and they closed the kitchen at 9:30, leaving a bunch stranded without food. They had the ball to say we (attendees) should have have let them know ahead of time we were coming. Really? Piss poor organisation, outdated facikities. Not worth the money.
