Ok, let’s start with the good - excellent location for Covent Garden and surrounding attractions in Central London. Decent size room, well appointed, modern and comfortable. Check in was efficient and friendly.

The bad - don’t stay on 1st floor as it is likely you will be directly above a bar/restaurant etc. My room was LOUD all night with music booming through the floor from the Pizza Express, and bottles being emptied into the bins at silly o’clock in the morning.

Maintenance - shocking, literally. Reported a dangerous hairdryer with broken plug, no earth pin and exposed live pin, and not fixed for the duration of my stay. There is a big possibility of someone being killed from this. Very poor!

Love the concept, and if you aren’t hung up on staying by Covent Garden, the Citadines at Barbican is way better.

I would stay again, but only If I had a better room.
