The absolute WORST hotel we have ever stayed at, hands down. We have been to many hotels, many hockey and baseball tournaments, but have never been treated worse in our lives than at this hotel. The front desk staff was appallingly rude and condescending to us and our kids, when they weren’t busy looking at their cell phones or spying on guests on the monitors or out for a smoke break. This hotel is disgusting, dirty, and a waste of money. Go anywhere else.

For the price this was not worth it. Our room had a sewer type smell in it and the front desk person did not seem to care / plastic & paper cups/glasses, the furniture was dated and although the room was clean it was well used. The breakfast was a total joke with very basics such as toast, coffee, and a small selection of cereal / not what we expected from a supposedly 4 star place / I give it two stars at best. And the ice machine did not work.
