Overview

This hotel inn is a little bit of a walk to the beach (4 1/2 blocks), but if you don’t mind the extra exercise or hopping in the car to get to the shore, you’ll enjoy cheaper rates than you’ll find at most of the beachfront hotels. Plus, you’ll still be right by the water — even if it’s not saltwater — as the hotel is built on the banks of the Necanicum River, and some rooms feature views of the beautiful rushing water. Families, choose either a standard two-queen room with coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave, or the two queen with kitchenette. Both units include free Wi-Fi. Other hotel amenities are free parking and complimentary bike rentals. Pets are welcome.

We always enjoy staying at Coast River Inn. One suggestion , It would be very helpful to have a night stand on both sides of your beds. We stayed in a river side unit with a kitchen. This would make your room much more user friendly.

The Coastal Inn stay

Fun trip, the room we had on the ground floor was not ready when we checked in at around 1700. The beds were not made, the bathroom was a mess. We were moved to the second floor with less amenities (stove top) and we brought our two dogs. Great place for dogs, we just wish we would have gotten the first room since it was on the second floor.
