Hotel pools don’t compare to an onsite waterpark. The Coco Key Hotel and Waterpark Resort offers guests all the workings of a hotel resort, plus a fully equipped waterpark at a discounted rate. And with weekly, seasonal activities, plus SeaWorld and Universal Studios just a short drive from the resort, Coco Key might just be the place for your family to stay on vacation. Transportation is available for resort guests to and from the local theme parks, too.
Coco Key has more than 350 guestrooms that can house up to eight people at a time, and they provide mini-refrigerators and high-def TV’s. Connecting rooms are available, as well, for larger families. Guestrooms come with king, queen and double bed options.
Grab food at the Pizza Hut Express or Gator’s Grab n’ Go Convenience Store if your family is on the run, or sit down for a family dinner at one of the two onsite restaurants, Tradewinds or Callaloo Grille. Tradewinds, Coco Key’s signature restaurant, offers a variety of tropical flavors, whereas Callaloo Grille focuses on laid-back bites, such as burgers, wraps and chicken fingers. Room service is also available.
Keep an eye out for CoCo, the cooky red parrot mascot of Coco Key, too, and take a picture with him!

Horrible customer service. I had a reservation for June 29 I canceled June 26 and actually confirmed it was canceled June 27
I waited and never got credit over 209.00 they said 5-7 days. I called and called and called finally my call returned 7/25 and manager said that was when we were having computer issues she apologized was very polite however said she had to email billing department and it would take 3-5 weeks to get a check I actually paid June 7 and still no check
Why can’t you credit my credit card? I live local it doesn’t take 3-5 weeks to get a check. I may have to go there and demand action
My son and i was bit some kind of bed bugs or spiders, i made a complain to the supervisor (jessica) which promised me to file a complaint with their insurance but i never heard from them.again after i called several times.
