The Springhill Marriott was chosen because of the low price and it’s location. The hotel was very clean and the desk staff were polite and helpful. Only a couple of criticisms. The room was well appointed but a little crowded with furniture. No access to charging units unless you brought plugs. And you could hear people speaking in the hall and next rood.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Stayed at the Colorado Springs Marriott for 1 night checking in on November 3rd.
Check- in was a breeze, platinum Status acknowledged and was upgraded to a room with a view of the Mountain right behind the hotel! An amazing sight to wake up too.

Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. Rooms are renovated and very very clean, plentiful free parking, a large gym, and restaurant in the lobby (which we didn't get a chance to try). Breakfast in the concierge lounge was great and attended too by 3 very nice and friendly ladies and overall all the staff we encountered including the front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. Location wise, it's about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Colorado Springs, as well as a 10 minute drive to "garden of the gods" and Manitou springs. Having never been to Colorado, we were contemplating staying at a Hotel in Downtown Colorado Springs (Historic District) but street parking would have been an issue and Valet parking would have come at a much higher cost. This Marriot was the perfect alternative, close enough within minutes as long as you had a car. Just wanted to say thank you to all those at Colorado Marriott Springs who made our first visit to the area a memorable one.
