The room was good. The beds were very comfortable. The floor could use a good cleaning. The first night I visited the crowd nest. I actually stood at the bar waiting over 20 minutes to place an order. I watched employees pass me by without acknowledging me -saying hello or I'll be right with you. I thought there was alot of playing. I believe in enjoying where you work and mixing fun in but when your customers suffer, business comes first. There is a time and place for playing.

I would not come back to this resort if I had to be in the Indigo Tower again. The elevators are small and there is no room to get off and on with luggage and children. Housekeeping in this building is poor,. We only got clean towels once during our three night stay.
