Terrible stay

by vrankin2019

Rooms were not ready on arrival so I was given an alternative which should have been an upgrade. Construction outside of the room lasted the whole day, the room was either not cleaned or done so to a terrible standard. To the point I went and purchased cleaning supplies to at least do the bathroom. No hot water in the shower, room service was stone cold on arrival.

I emailed them regarding left items in the room and am still yet to hear back

I’ve stayed here many times before and this is by far the worst experience.

Overall a disappointing stay.

Great location

Would give 5 stars easily if parking was not $45 (valet) $30 self with 3 elevators to get to...and there was construction of the restaurant/bar.
Sophia, a supervisor, is a stand out Hilton employee. Very nice area.
