Hey, trip advisor users. This is my review of this property. These are my personal experiences while at this property. Take with you what advice you may. I will only review what personally I experienced in and around this property. If it is not in this review I didn’t experience it.

First time traveler to this location.

This property is not some luxury resort. It is small quaint cottages that are dated somewhat. Pictures I seen on the inside prior to booking looked as if some updates had been performed. I did like the fact it had a screened in porch. It added a nice touch to the cottage. Upon first entrance I immediately noticed a stagnant smell that seemed like the building had recently been sprayed for pest. The floors in the living and bathrooms room were large tiles. The grout did appear to need cleaning. The bedrooms had laminate hardwood style flooring. The inside of the rooms and living area did not have many decorations on the walls. Amenities like a fridge small apartment stove and microwave are provided. As well as cooking and eating utensils plates bowls and glasses. Towels are provided along with hotel style soaps. Overall for the price we paid per night 89.00 it was basically nothing fancy and probably shouldn’t be expected.

Large picture window has a curtain that is not big enough and can be seen through on the sides when closed.

Shower is very small adults barely fit
Shower head is plastic and is removable
Shower curtain too short water sprays out the bottom onto floor and flows under door had to use towels every time to wipe up water.

Ceiling fan present with light ( double switch plate but couldn’t figure out why one turned fan off completely and other did nothing no light control)
There was a door that looked like a closet when opened it was a dummy door had the back of sheet rock showing from adjoining room ( weird)

Bed was older mattress ( queen) was not of high quality cheaper style mattress very springy

King size bed that rolls easily around when sitting down. Mattress was cheap and not high quality very springy appeared newer, box springs old and stained. Headboard covered in cloth and attached to the wall.

This is a good place if your not looking for luxury’s. There is a outdoor pool on property and play ground. We did not use these and cannot review them. Property was well maintained and nice. Lake is very very close. Boat launch just seconds away!
Owners live on property. Only had one interaction. And that was turning in keys on check out. This is family owned I believe.
Older buildings that some updates have been preformed. They could make this property a very luxurious modern place with just a few things done. Other than that if your looking for nostalgia or a quaint place this may be for you. I’ve stayed at many property’s in the Branson area. I have paid 89 bucks plus cleaning fee of 75 st a much nicer condo. No cleaning fee here. There are positives and negatives to this property. It depends on what your looking for. Very close to silver dollar city. You will Notice a lot of older resorts in the Indian point area. A lot need updating just like this one. I’ve stayed at others and have pretty much the same reviews. I wish these property owners would spend money and update. This could be a great area and they could charge more as well. A lot of people stay on these type property’s, I’ve never found any of them to be out right nasty or unsanitary! I would recommend this place if you are looking for something more country living or like I said above nostalgic or quaint. Please check out my photos I took of this property. This is unit 104.
