Reviews

Clean but needs reno, traffic and room A/C noisy

by LoveTravel3777

The place was clean. No issues with staff

Standard IHG breakfast

We picked this place because of the location as it is close to the shopping malls and downtown

Access to the hotel can be tricky and the surroundings often suffer traffic

Pool is outdoor right by the busy traffic which makes the cleanliness questionable

Air conditioning was loud throughout the night

Traffic noise was quite loud throughout the night

Mattresses were quite old and therefore too soft

Wonderful Hotel, But TRAFFIC NOISE UNBEARABLE

We stayed at this hotel to take our daughter to a concert. Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable and over all we were very happy. UNTIL around 11:30pm, when it suddenly sounded like a racetrack outside the window. As it is currently 1:42 in the morning as I write this and I am still awake listening to the screaming of car engines, backfiring of mufflers and revving of motors. It is honestly so loud I opened Google Maps to see if a drag strip or race track was nearby, but I don’t see anything other than the highway.
