Stay away stay away warning warning

Just wanted to warn anyone thinking of this place as an option to be aware that they have a zero tolerance for cancellations--even in the event of an emergency. we had made a reservation thru priceline for this past Saturday night. We contacted priceline and they contacted the hotel --the hotel told priceline that they would not cancel. Priceline told us to contact the hotel directly. We contacted the hotel and told them what our situation was that we had an emergency in the middle of the night Friday----we called them twice and had to email the manager. we initially called at 730 am on Saturday( several hours) before check in and told them of our situation we were told that they would let the manager--Mr Patel-- know as he makes the final decisions on these situations. We called again in the afternoon and talked to a different clerk who gave us the same scripted answer. This time we were given his email address--we emailed him and explained our situation and hoped for some consideration and would pay a cancel fee---we heard back from him today and he said no and we are being charged the entire fee for the night almost 250.00. The money is no longer the issue-- i felt obligated to let everyone that contemplates this location that they will not make any adjustments or considerations even for emergencies -- Mr. Patel--shame on you and your hotel-- I will make sure and let everyone i know not to book or rent from you--like i said --- we understand your personal policy--but thank God for trip advisor, yelp, google, and hotels .com for review sections to warm people--best 250.00 ive spent

Hated to leave!

What a wonderful experience! We were travelling through and stopped at Country Inn as it is our go-to place to stay as a rule. The staff were so kind and helpful and funny. They went out of their way to help suggest restaurants and provide great service. The rooms were awesome - fresh, clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was the best of any of the hotels we have stayed - they even had fresh tomato juice and chocalate milk, on top of the hot buffet and fresh fruit. The bathtub and bathroom was immaculate as was the pool area. Just wished we had more time to enjoy the hotel as one night is not enough. (even the cleaning staff were friendly)
