Didn't get the room I booked

by 84zkc00

Hotel is nice and staff was friendly. I did not get the room I booked online. It was a long narrow hallway that lead to the bedroom area. It was supposed to be a King Suite. I did not get the value that I paid for the room. The breakfast was good and the staff did a great job.

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed At

by ashleyjuilfs111

For starters when we checked in at around 11pm the night clerk was unfriendly and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. She scoffed when I asked for extra shampoo and conditioner. Then we discovered that our room was completely filthy. You could tell that one of the beds did not have its sheets or pillows changed because they were wrinkled and looked as if it had been slept in, and simply remade. The carpet was filthy, hair and dirt everywhere with a heavy layer of visible gray dust around the edges. I didn't want to walk barefoot in our roo. M because it was hardened with dirt. The bathroom was okay except there were holes in the walls where they tried to repair the shower and didn't even bother to patch the holes. Breakfast was unremarkable. The staff never asked how our stay was and always seemed to have a
bad attitude which is why I decided not to say anything about our room. I.would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. I stayed for 2 nights and paid 350 dollars. When you spend that much money you expect a clean room and good service, I had neither. I probably would have had a better experience staying at a cheap motel.
