Unpleasant Stay

by cruzingrl

First I really like Country Inn and Suites - usually. Unfortunately, not this one. Our room was adequate, but in need of renovations and a deep cleaning. I am not a picky eater, but I couldn’t eat anything at their breakfast. The western omelette was hard, the biscuits were like hockey pucks, and the waffles had a strange taste and texture. I ended up just having orange juice and coffee. Also, we found out that another guest’s new vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot sometime during the night. The only positive is that the man at the front desk who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Other than that, it really was an unpleasant stay and if in the area, I’ll choose another hotel.

Very porely maintained; dirty; bathroom needed updated in the worst way. Bathroom door looked like it had been sitting outside in rain; them brought in and hung. Tub stained and mildewed; toilet in desperate need of repairs. carpets stained. corners of rooms carpet dirty. had to plug in the lamps and rearrange the clocks to work. Just a bad experience. So unlike Country Inn and Suites!
