From check in to check out, this was truly a pleasant experience. I had a 2 queen bed room which was roomy and very clean. Good coffee, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bed...oh the bed...and the pillows and the linen! So comfortable. I did not want to get up the next morning. The bathroom was also very clean and nicely stocked with plenty towels. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better...or maybe a makeup mirror. A full breakfast is available in the morning and included in the room rate. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The gentleman at the front desk even remembered and addressed me by name when I approached the desk to check out. If you are in the Pineville/Alexandria Louisiana area, you can't beat this place! I know where I'm staying if I ever find myself in that area again.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. They were able to answer any questions we had. We were there for a family wedding taking place that evening and had traveled a great distance to arrive; the gentleman at the front desk checked on our room to see if we could check in early so that we could freshen up and relax before the event. The hotel was very nice and very comfortable. Complimentary hot cocoa/coffee and cookies were great. Also complimentary breakfast in the morning. We would stay here again if we are in the area.
