Amazing Staff, Location and Stay

by MrBusiness2000

The start of this year (2019) I experienced staying at a Marriott and in particular the courtyard brand after a few years disconnecting from the Marriott brand, I can say this hotel really made an impression.
I am an international consultant and spend 50% of my time in Hotels around the world, I can say that the Rosslyn Court won 1st prize by a mile, it not the facilities that make a good hotel stay but the people, to describe the staff at the Rosslyn Courtyard in one word I can say AWESOME.
The team here are so friendly, from the front desk, service agents, at the Bistro in short simply everyone. They will all go out of their way to help and make you feel at home.
Rahel, Feroz, Ivona at the Bistro are stars, you cant go to the Bistro without them putting a smile on your face, they will customize any meal to meet your dietary requests, also Juses from the front desk was always a step ahead of any request, all in all an amazing team.
I’m
The location is also unbeatable with many eateries just around the corner and just a few minute walk from the metro and if you are up to a walk you easily make it to Lincoln memorial in 30-40 minute.

You cant go wrong with the Courtyard Rosslyn.

Thanks to everyone at the courtyard from me - egg white frittata no cheese.
Please keep it up.

Great hotel for a quick stay

by Brittanie G

We stayed here for one night during the Army 10-Miler.
We booked this on Booking.com and although our reservation said Free Parking, the parking at this site is actually $37/night. They were very accommodating and gave us free parking due to the false information on Booking.com. Even though the majority of the hotel was race attendees they still gave us late checkout (12:30pm) which was very nice of them.

The room was very clean and the bathrooms nice. There was one kind of weird mirror in the room but otherwise it was a pretty standard hotel room. We were on the 10th floor and views kind of looked in to another wing of the hotel so we left the blinds drawn most of the time. The bathroom shower was a rain shower and very relaxing.

In the lobby there is a pretty nice bar/seating area and cafe. At breakfast it can be a bit busy and breakfast itself is pricey. There are also some grab-n-go snacks by the check-in which can be charged to the room.

It is about a 15-20 minute walk to Crystal City metro, but if you're comfortable riding one of the many scooters in the area that is a quick and easy way to get around.
