This oceanfront hotel is set on the Seawall, which means that families who stay here have easy access to some of the best beaches, attractions, and restaurants on Galveston Island. Start your morning at The Bistro, an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast, as well as dinner and drinks in the evening.
The largest room that Courtyard Galveston offers is the ocean view queen suite, which features two queen beds plus a sofa bed, so families will have plenty of room with a maximum occupancy of six. The suite conveniently features a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, so families have the freedom to store and prepare food and beverages. Complimentary high speed wireless Internet is included.
When you’re not at the beach, go for a swim in the outdoor pool, or rent some bikes for the nearby trail. The onsite fitness center features cardio machines and free weights. Nearby attractions include Moody Gardens, Magic Carpet Miniature Golf, and Galveston Island State Park.

We stayed for two nights. Loved everything about this property. Clean, great staff, great price. But despite the fact the Gulf is right across the street, there is no beach....only a rock seawall. You must drive a mile or so further toward town. If that is not important to you then this place is great.

We stayed in the Marriott Courtyard on a Saturday night prior to a cruise. The lobby and grounds were neat and clean. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean comfortable. Will certainly stay here again.
