Love the decor of the hotel, the Elk outside and the cottage feel of the place drew us in. After we checked in and went up to our room we discovered an issue that we thought needed to be taken to the desk clerks attention so it could be rectified. We didn't want to make a big fuss and I'm not going to to be overly dramatic about it either. The lady at the front desk was incredibly apologetic that there was an issue with our room, she came up to take care of it, offered a different room and a refund! We were happy to stay in the same room after the staff had taken care of the issue and refused the full refund but they insisted to refund us the entire cost of the room. Wonderful, very attentive staff, cozy room, lovely lobby with cool decor of animal pelts and mounts. I'd definitely recommend this place and return here if we pass through again!!
