Reviews

One night stay

by 60jeffreyf

I read many reviews on this property. And all the negative reviews are very perplexing to me. It is not a brand new hotel, but it isn’t worn, dirty, or in disrepair as far as I can tell. My room is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very attentive. I’m a IHG Platinum member and this property so far meets what I would expect from Crowne Plaza hotels. This is a review upon check in. I’ll follow it up after check out.

Low vibe hotel

by Madonna M

Unfortunately this hotel needs an overhaul in many areas. Its food service was disorganized and slow, food was ok, except the scrambled eggs. Its customer service could be more welcoming and better responsiveness from housekeeping when you ask for a bar of soap (twice). The main lobby area where the bar and restaurant is located has a low dull vibe too. From a Feng Shui perspective this could be due to the large rock waterfall feature in the middle of the room. I was there for an event with over 400 people there but you wouldn’t know it as hardly anyone hung out in the bar and restaurant area. Plus you could barely find the complementary water bottles, nor buy any if needed, except really small bottles in the vending machine. I wouldn’t return.
