Cookies and milk are delivered to your door nightly. Do we need to go on? Okay, how about a large indoor pool, large 360+ square foot guestrooms with a pair of double beds featuring a chair and ottoman, work desk, microwave and mini refrigerator plus a huge 48-inch TV with HDTV channels including HBO and the Big Ten Network while visiting Big Ten country! Breakfast isn’t free at this hotel but they do pour Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Parking onsite is free at the Crowne Plaza and the hotel is located off of I-496 just to the west of the state capital and the Spartans of Michigan State University, making it ideal for visiting the area.

Very friendly staff

Went for a Conference. Conference room was very cold, [it seems they all are though]. Staff was so friendly. Renovations still going on, but it wasn't disruptive. Slept like a dream! The added essential oil spray for sleep was a nice touch.

Good location - great hotel - friendly staff

The rooms had been recently updated so they were very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even serve cookies and milk door to door! They have a cookie fairy!! Great hotel - just a mile or 2 from a ton of restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
