I booked this room for me and my boyfriend to enjoy his birthday we booked it because it had a pool a friend of mines told me that the pool was under construction and I checked there hotel website and didnt see anything saying that but I called and was told this and I couldn’t get a refund after I canceled in enough time to get a refund according to there cancellation policy

Dump hotel in dumping location

Bed bugs in my room so I had to move to another room, after I took a shower faucet kept dripping. Maids must have locked down my shower. When I returned from a long tiring day of work could not turn on shower. Heard numerous hotel guest complain about temperature in rooms. Some said temperature too cold around 64 others said temperature was 75.
