Wonderful experience. I was treated like a queen. With an in house massage therapist I didn't have to leave the room all day. 2pm till. 2am he massaged every inch of me and vise versa. The staff was very attentive, sending in two therapist for most of the afternoon.

Not the place if your looking for luxury

Rooms are nice, staff not so much. When we pulled up the bellmen made us unload and push six heavy bags ourself with a toddler. Not to mention every time we walked past them they were always on their phone and never greeted us. One of them was actually on a FaceTime call at the bell desk. Not a good look. Power went out and no generators access the rooms. It caused a very stressful morning with needing to get ready for an event I flew in from San Diego for. I know it wasn’t there fault, but no sympathy at all until I spoke to Tujik at the front desk that night and he offered us access to the M lounge. Thank you to him, he made up for the inconvenience and the stress from the power outage. Little things like that can turn a stay around. I got two bloody Mary’s during my stay one was $11 and one was $15, and it was the same, so the staff charges different amounts watch out. We had a 1pm checkout and our keys deactivated and no one told us they would. A housekeeper had to let us in, but she didn’t even call the desk to confirm last name she just opened the door. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice place if your there for a quick business trip. But a place like this should accommodate both business and leisure guests and you can by the service that is provided. We didn’t pick the hotel someone else did. I work in hospitality and the service that is provided and how you handle certain situations is everything. M lounge staff were the most friendly. Hope this feedback helps.
