JACKET STOLEN!!

by Gwyneth_Ross

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My jacket was taken from the room and the front desk staff were not helpful saying they would ask housekeeping and call back. They didn't call back and when I called back, they were upset I had called back and said they talked to housekeeping and nothing has changed, they don't have the jacket. And one of the beds was broken.

An Honest Review!

by holywarrior

Hello everyone. I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write one so that other travelers may benefit. Upon entering the room we noticed that there were no hangers to hang our clothes, neither was there a luggage stand so I called front requested them. The king size bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows were unusually small! As time went by we noticed that things were missing, broken and stained. There was no sink plug so we could have easily lost a small item such a ring. The shelf where the towels are placed was missing with the broken brackets on the wall. The toilet seat was loose due to missing hardware. there were stains in the bathroom ceiling indicating previous water leaks. The bathroom door was damaged at the bottom due to water and condensation. The wall plugs were loose and would not hold the phone chargers. The whole furniture was outdated and worn out due to age. The only chair was stained. The continental breakfast was very minimal compared to other hotels. I did take pictures and talked to the managers onsite expressing my grievances and he said that his supervisors would be in contact but as of today no word so I decided to write. Another first was that I was charged $200.00 on my credit card in case of any misc.! Anyway this hotel needs to improve its management and upkeep and should not charge any more than $50.00 per night for a king bed and not $100.00. Finally twice a car was parked by our window on the first floor with extreme loud Indian music once at around 9 PM and then at 2:30 AM. The second one was really bad since I had difficulty falling back into sleep. In both occasions when I looked outside and the driver noticed me the loud music was stopped. Not a very good experience.
