The hotel looks amazing from the outside. We arrive maybe 3 hours before the check in time believing that they were going to give us our room earlier after a very long trip.. and they make us wait in the lobby without AC for 3 hours, it was crazy hot, my wife was pregnant, we were very tired, i tried to explain this to the staff but they didn't help... Then when we finally got our room, we find out it was a very old and ugly room... They gave us a twin room with small beds and we were so tired that we just take the room, we were not going to wait for 3 more hours to change room...
Then when we were trying to enjoy the beach, pool and hotel there were these sellers who were soooooo annoying, the first thing i did when they approach us was to tell them that we were not interested but they didn't care, they were all day talking to us, trying to sell us some kind of subscription to the Hotel AND WE DIDN'T WANT IT, AND WE TOLD THEM WE DIDN'T WANT IT AND THEY JUST KEEP TRYING TO SELL US THE SUBSCRIPTION. I was so tired of these guys that i just wanted to be in my room watching some netflix... But they don't offer wifi, there is just a small tv probably from the 90's.
And the food, omg the food... I was hopping to try some delicious traditional colombian food, but that was just... I dont know how to describe it... Just awful...
So no wifi, no respectable tv, very rude staff, very old ugly rooms, annoying salesman everywhere, bad food: Worst vacation experience of my life... some salesman told me is the best hotel in Colombia but i really have to disagree... it has a lot of potential, but they really need to improve a lot of things.

We were travelling from Canada! Unfortunately our experience wasn’t good :( there was around 4 different situations that made us feel uncomfortable. The reception staff Doesn’t have good Customer service. NO LGBT friendly. A guy in the Italian restaurant and a girl in the towels area were super rude with us. I can’t recommend at this time. The management team doesn’t work well. :/
