The Desert Palms offers close proximity to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. The hotel typically offers discounted tickets to the nearby theme park. Families may want to stay in the Kalahari Family Suites, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that can fit up to eight people. Also, the Escalante Kid’s Suite or the Yuha Kid’s suite offers a bedroom and an additional room with a sleeper sofa. Desert Palms serves complimentary breakfast each morning on the fifth floor. Also, the onsite Cafe Oasis and Sandbox Bar & Grill are open for light meals throughout the day. An outdoor, heated pool is on the premises.

We loved it here. Sergio (desk staff) was extra helpful, the food was good, and it was a short walk to Disney. My daughter enjoyed the pool too. Everything was nice and clean and updated. It was a great stay!

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family for a Disneyland vacation. Excellent location... actually walking distance, even after a long day at the park.
We had a suite with a king bed and bunk beds, it was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning seemed to kick in on it’s own... so pack warmer pj’s.
The pool was nice, not overly warm though.
The free breakfast was a great perk! It was perfectly adequate (not gourmet). Every morning we were able to wake up and have food (and fresh coffee) in our stomachs before we left the hotel.
The staff were great. If you stay at the hotel you get 15% off at the hotel restaurant. I found the parking expensive, but safe and easy access.
This is absolutely a hotel that we would stay at again and would recommend to friends and family.
