Very special hotel, aritistic, and hitch-pitched

by ourheart

I went on a trip and spent two nights at this hotel.
This hotel has a special atmosphere. Ii's like home, quiet, and attistic.
The staffs were kind and disciplined.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
What a good hotel!

All different expectation

Sorry for not taking more pictures but it was not even close to what we have expected.

1. Looks more as an apartment hotel and not a boutique hotel.
2. Pictures of the rooms is misleading. Everything looks old and dusty. The sheets on the bad were with stains and there isn't a proper closet. It just shelves with a sheet to "close" it.

Receptionist did try to show us another room and even switch to another hotel with an attitude.
She said we'll get our money back, but and hour after we already left she sent me an email " according to our conversation" you"ll need to contact the site i've booked from in order to get my money back.

All 50 minutes experience was unpleasent, unconvinient and not trustful.
