DT at Charlotte

Flight was cancelled due to no flight attendants were available. Needed a room close to the Airport. Have always loved DT. Daniel at the Front Desk was amazing, as there were several people in the same situation as me. He was very professional and also apologetic as he was the only one working that night. He worked till 3am and still came back to his 8am shift. Never stopped smiling!!! Daniel - GREAT Customer Service!!! Promise to come back when I can.

Doubletree Charlotte airport

Very friendly staff. The hotel is old and the hallway plus my room smelled like someone smoked a cigar. The bed was comfortable but I had trouble sleeping due to the smell. The hotel is convenient to the Charlotte airport and the shuttle bus runs every 30 min.
