Officially Done With This Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel probably more than any other in Atlanta going back to when it was the Double Tree. I've tried to stay loyal and overlook the discrepancies on each visit but I've had it (fell free to read my other reviews). This time the total lack of housekeeping was the last straw for me. The bathroom was totally ignored by the housekeeping staff. Pubic hair on the floor and towels and urine stains and droplets around the toilet. Spot cleaning a hotel room shouldn't be an option.

My first room did not have working AC and the floors were extremely wet like the carpet had just been shampooed. (staff assured that they had not, so that is completely disgusting) We were sooooooooooooooooooooooo hot during the night, the second room had no working toilet and I had to hold it allllll night because I am too afraid to walk around the hotel in the middle of the night.
