Excellent service for a good room

I had a brief overnight stay, but every interaction with staff was friendly and welcoming. The night manager went above and beyond to assist with my 4am departure; he offered me coffee, checked the airport open time, and called me a cab. I was extremely happy with the service.

The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Welcoming attitude at Double Tree

The Flagstaff Double Tree was very welcoming. The reservation process was easy. The value was excellent. The location was convenient. Check in was seamless and the water and cookie were appreciated after a long dry Grand Canyon hike earlier in the day. The room was excellent, especially the large comfortable bed. They provided an unexpected gift to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary.
I highly recommend this hotel.
