Avoid this hotel

by Lesley H

The lobby and pool area are quite nice but forget the rest. I paid $250 for one night which is extremely expensive for what I got. Unfriendly check in, she forgot to give me my breakfast voucher. The room was hideous with outdated furniture and filthy carpets. The room was cold and wouldn't heat above 65 degrees which was fine for sleeping but cold in the morning. The neighbor above me woke me up at 5:30 a.m. making a lot of noise so the insulation is poor. I called the front desk and no one picked up. I originally was going to stay until noon but they don't even have an espresso machine and couldn't get out of there fast enough at 8 a.m.

Tranquil oasis

This hotel is close to the wine country, but comfortably removed from its periodic bustle and occasional pretentiousness. It is a perfect place to relax after rushing between wineries. You can expect a quiet, restful sleep.
