We stayed for a long weekend theatre and social trip. The location is great for connections into the city and also for being near Kew, Richmond etc. The hotel is ok but not the level we expected having stayed at other hotels in the group. The 'deluxe' room was very cramped, noise insulation was poor and the shower room was adequate but again, quite small. Hot drinks facilities were provided but awkward to use on the cramped little shelf they were sited on, the room was a little tired and the aircon was very noisy. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the usual Hilton breakfast with less choice and not especially good value. However, staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and friendly and the bar staff very efficient in the evening. Whilst we wouldn't rush back, it was not unpleasant and may be worth a try if you can get a good deal.

Restaurant let it down for me

Lovely quiet comfy room. Warm cookie on welcome. Good location for access to road network. 5 star up til this point.

Bracken restaurant let it down. 4people at the concierge desk seemingly all looking at the same thing on a screen and not one attempt to communicate when you want a table as a guest.
Took a good few minutes for anyone to acknowledge presence of a guest. Didn’t make me feel welcome. Lots of empty tables too.
Food was just ok but you have to specifically ask if you want a jug of water. No just Apple cider unless you want cocktail cider flavours. But you can be offered a pint glass with your 330ml peroni!
If you are going act like a top restaurant, consider your patrons as guests and not an obstruction you your day.
