Nautica and Ronica checked us in and immediately upgraded us to a larger suite upon request since they had one available. They complied with every request and were cheerful and friendly. Over and above service for sure and our room was awesome! Nothing to complain about at all except the girl’s choice in chicken restaurants (inside joke).

We truly enjoyed our two nights. Mia at the front desk was extra nice and helpful, the valet gentlemen Keith and others were very courteous and professional. We really enjoyed the lemon grass tea air fragrance throughout the hotel and the room was nice and clean. The location is very convenient across the riverfront with all sorts of food establishments. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
