the check-in process was excellent

I only wish I had gotten his name but he clearly knew what excellent customer service was about. The gentleman at the front desk during my check-in made me feel right at home and was genuinely helpful, courteous and very professional. I also ordered room service and she was so polite and my food was brought up warm, fresh and with a professional attitude. Each person I encountered seemed to accept ownership in the business and worked to make everyone feel welcome and part of the doubletree family. The cookies are Ridiculously good as well!

Stacy and John, the bartenders were marvelous. They gave me so much information about the city of Omaha, things to see, places to eat. They were very attentive. Huge thank you to them for making me feel at home.
