The hotel is rundown and old. The food quality and variety, at least at the buffet, is regular at the most. Some renovations are going on. All inclusive hotel with run of the mill facilities, food and beverage. Pushy time share sales...

I've been staying at this hotel every summer since 2008. This year we had an inconvenience with the room which was taken care of immediately. In all these years I cannot remember a single hotel employee not being courteous and professional. This summer however I must highlight two employees from the main restaurant whom as usual, went above and beyond their responsibilities: Maria Arroyo and Rose Mary. I have some dietary needs which Maria Arroyo always helps me with. These two ladies always make us feel like family. Looking forward to enjoying the care and service from Maria Arroyo and Rose Mary in 2020. Pura Vida!!!
