Nice but no hot water and pool water wasn’t well maintained

This is the first time I’ve stayed there for 2 nights and during my stay there wasn’t hot water at all, pool water tasted so salty and burning my face and eyes and there was 2 huge lizards (more like crocodiles) fell from the top of the tree and walked around the pool. But the staff there were nice and friendly.

This place is amazingly peaceful and SO spacious, we couldn’t believe the size for just us and feel guilty that we didn’t bring our 4 kids with us, as the 2 bedroom villas would definitely have had enough room! The pool is beautiful, not to cold or to warm, and the gardens are so tranquil (as I lay here on the huge outdoor lounge all I can here are birds, crickets and frogs..!)
I just wish we had booked for longer!
